Only location
Very big room and spaciousand the view is ditectly on the canal
Location is perfect; San Marco is only 20mins walking. You can use Ponte dell'Accademia to reach every place. Special thanks to BEATRICE from the hotel staff, I had my best birthday in Venice. Grazie mille?♥️ Best room, cozy and warm place. I will be back!
The hotel is in a fantastic location away from The hordes of tourist.
this was probably our favorite place to stay on our Italy trip. The value for the hotel was good, and the staff was pleasant. The man that originally checked us in was very kind and made it feel homey. The room was exactly what we paid for, and we’re expecting. The location was good for exploring the art district and not too far from Saint Marks Cathedral given the fact or expecting to walk. The view is outside when you stepped out of the door were stunning! You also get a discount at the restaurant connected to the hotel, but we went exploring for food, but that was a great plus and they were other good restaurants around.

We did not have WiFi in our room 43 we had to go to the office and sit to use the WiFi

I booked a 22m2 double room. They gave me one very small and not in good shape. I asked in the reception and the staff was able make it possible for me to move !

Our room had AC. And it was good AC. But I’m not sure about the other rooms for we had the best one

NOTHING, we left within 1 second of getting to the room/dungeon. NOT AS Advertised, this is 100% a scam. Took my money 2 weeks before getting to the hotel. I could tell probably only the desperate stay here in the end. Everyone else scrambles to find another hotel.
Wifi is not working.
Pretty basic facilities , adequate because you are out and about in Venice most of the time . Staff was very gracious and helpful. Location was quiet and comfortable walking distance to sites.
I didn't really like anything about my room, only the reception looked nice. I will not go there again.
